Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use www.reignai.ca, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, voice control, screen magnification, or captions. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

What we do

  • Every page is built from plain, structured HTML that reads correctly with JavaScript turned off.
  • Focused links and controls show a visible focus outline.
  • Animation is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
  • Changes are tested automatically for common accessibility problems, including colour contrast, in both the light and the dark theme.

Known limitations

  • Automated tests catch only some accessibility problems. A manual keyboard and screen-reader review is planned but has not been done yet.
  • The live voice demo needs a microphone and works by speaking. If you cannot use it, call us at 647-956-4784, email info@reignai.ca, or use the contact form on our home page and we will walk you through it another way.
  • The chat assistant on this site is an AI. Its answers can be imperfect, and you never need it to use any part of the site.
  • Booking a demo (booking.reignai.ca) and paying an invoice happen on separate systems that this statement does not cover. If either gives you trouble, contact us and we will book or invoice you by phone or email instead.

Report a barrier or ask for another format

If something on this site does not work for you, or you need any of its content in another format, tell us. Please include the page address and what went wrong.

We will acknowledge your message within 2 business days, and fix the problem or provide the content in a format that works for you within 10 business days. If a fix will take longer, we will tell you why and when to expect it.

No accessibility overlays

We do not use accessibility overlay widgets or toolbars. We fix problems in the site itself, so that your own assistive technology works as you expect.
